StudentScholarships.org – List of 10 Scholarship Programs that will give out more than 1 Million dollars to students in the 2016/17 school year
Hogan Scholarship Foundation – The Hagan Scholarships are intended for high achieving students who will require financial assistance in order to attend college. These students must graduate from a public high school located in one of twenty eligible states and in a county having fewer than 50,000 residents. Hagan Scholars currently attend 147 different colleges and universities.
Amarillo Area Foundation – The Foundation offers a variety of scholarships for different colleges/universities and fields of study, and eligibility for scholarships is based on the student’s county of residence, planned college or university, and/or anticipated field of study.
Sybil B. Harrington – To receive the Sybil B. Harrington scholarship for fall 2016, you must be a 2016 high school graduate in any of the 26 counties of the Texas panhandle. You must register as a full-time student (minimum of 12 hours) and maintain a 3.0 cumulative grade point average
